Stereotypically, guys are viewed as tough and bad, with robust body build, and few emotions. Moreover, they are viewed as Casanovas which play with the hearts of girls as their past time. This is the common perception of people when it comes to men. Unfortunately, this is not the case amongst most guys.

Men are hurt just as much by break ups as woman are. They may not be able to display their emotions as openly, but it doesn’t mean they don’t have them. Not only that, but a failed relationship can be a blow to a man’s pride as well as his heart. Here’s some ideas for getting over the heartache.

Spend time with your friends and pick up interests you may have dropped while you were with a lady. Shoot some hoops or go to a game. If you’re incline, hit a strip club. Just have some fun.

Your friends can help to fill the void left when you broke up with your lady. They probably know how you feel, and they’ve probably felt that way too. Rely on them for companionship and to help you heal.

Try to involve yourself into different activities. May it be solo or in a group, engaging yourself in healthy activities such as sport and other hobbies such as mountain climbing and biking may prove to be the best way to get over your ex. Try not to sulk and dwell in the situation inside your house. Get up and out of the house and have some fun.

Don’t dwell on the failure of this relationship. There are a lot of things you can do with your life. Stay positive and focused on the future instead of the past. Don’t lose your perspective and think this is the end of the world. There are plenty of ladies that would love to call you their own.

Keep your attitude positive. Even though it hurts to lose someone you care about, you still have a lot of living to do. If a relationship doesn’t work out, it probably wasn’t meant to be and would not have lasted over the long run. So keep things in perspective and don’t think she is the only girl in the world.

Tomorrow is another day. Start each day with a positive view, and positive things will come to you. Who knows? There might be someone out there who truly deserves you more than your ex.

Look at your break up as an opportunity to try new things and get out of your rut. Even though it hurts, use your break up as an opportunity to learn. Think about what went wrong and why and how you can avoid the same pitfalls in the future. Don’t allow bitterness to color your future relationships.

Setting The Scene For Your First Kiss

Getting a kiss on the first date isn’t automatic. If you want that first kiss, you need to make sure that you set up the right conditions. You’ll need a little privacy, but nothing too secluded because you don’t want your date to be uncomfortable.

A lot of times, the first kiss can happen on the very first date. This is provided that you have the right timing and setting for the intimate opportunity to take place.

Wherever you chose to stage your first kiss, you want it to me memorable, and not because it was a bad idea. Here are some tips on how to get kissed and get a second date.

1.Plan ahead for the right setting. If you will be bringing your date home, consider if she has a foyer or porch that is reasonably private. A kiss good night is natural and a pleasant end to a romantic evening.

Do check the weather forecast if this is your plan. Rain could cancel your walk. If there aren’t any artificial lights in the area, make sure there will be a moon. Stumbling around in total darkness isn’t romantic.

2.Do not force it to happen. One of the most common mistakes in guys who strive for a kiss on a first date is that they seem to force the situation to happen. If a girl does not feel secured or intimate with you, she will reject your kiss. You have to be ready when this happens.

Just the same, in order for you to build that intimacy, you must play your role well in conversations. Make sure that you open up to her and that she does the same with you. You can take the extra step of attempting to hold her hand or elbows in a non-sexual way.

A display of good manners with non sexual touching will set your date at ease and help set the stage for that first kiss.

3. If you aren’t sure she wants to be kissed, ask her. Asking permission to touch a woman shows that you respect her and her feelings. It also allows the woman to feel in control of the situation.

Of course, it wouldn’t be wise to ask for a kiss if you know the date didn’t go well. There is always a right time for everything. When you ask a girl’s permission to kiss her, make sure that you look right into her eyes and are sincere about your intentions.
