The best time not to listen to everyone else’s advice is when they are asking you to take a break and forget about your rocky relationship to achieve some healing. Rather than heal or save your already broken marriage, doing that will only worsen things.
Consider taking the following steps ASAP:
Have your chin up, breathe easy and calm down because this is not the time to loose it. Remember your aim is to be the comeback king and the only way you can do so is by proving that you can stay well below boiling point, even when you are under fire.
To be honest, facing a breakup in your marriage is not an easy period to go through. You are better off focusing on yourself and your positives and use this as your selling points. Do not be caught dead in a pity party.
